Chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck said that "a lot people in Hollywood" who drive all-electric Teslas have questioned his use of a gasoline vehicle but they fly around in private jets that use much more fuel than his car.
Martha Stewart discussed climate change at the Metropolitan Cooking and Entertaining Show on Saturday. When Puck was initially asked about Stewart's presentation, he replied, "Oh, it wasn't about her sex life?" As the audience laughed in response, Puck added, "I like all kinds of women -- see, older, younger, it's OK."
Puck, who is one of the wealthiest celebrity chefs, was asked if he is making lifestyle and/or business changes due to climate change.

You can get ham pretty cheap around this time of year. I’d get one but I wouldn’t know what to do with a whole, half, or even quarter ham. My experience is it doesn’t freeze well.
One can only eat so many ham SANDWICHES.
But...you can also use it in omelets, soups and I’m sure many other recipes. Still, for me, it gets back go ham does not freeze well. It tastes funky after it has been frozen.
Society better hope that the current warming trends are correct, because if the earth trends into an Ice Age, food production will decline 75% to 80%. In a warming trend the food supply will suffer very little if at all.
