Vindman decided on his own to violate the decision of his superiors to extend the number of people who the contents of the July 25th phone call to people who were NOT privileged know the content to people he decided should know, not the people his superiors had decided should know. HE put himself into the position of making policy, making decisions beyond his pay grade. He decided what policy was going to be, not his president and superior officers.

He outed himself as the leaker in chief.

I am throwing the BS flag here, Vindman is counting on people not knowing the difference between clearance levels and job title with “Need to Know.”

Anybody not on the original call or not called in to transcribe the call did not have a “need to know.” If they did they would have been on the call.

Vindman has a huge problem, if this goes to the Senate, Schiff for Face cannot protect him. He will have to answer some really uncomfortable questions and is BS hero status will not protect him either.

If I had been Nunes I would have asked, “Are you familiar with Eric Ciaramella?” It certainly wouldn’t have been outing the whistleblower because Schiff doesn’t know who the whistleblower is (tee hee hee). It would only be inquiring about knowing a fellow Democrat operative.

Without knowing who that person was, we do not know if that person was properly cleared. Just because the person had a secret or higher clearance does not mean he had a need to know. That little exchange convinced me that it is Vindman who is the leaker who gave information to the so called whistleblower. Repubs need to zero in more on NSC personnel contacts outside the NSC and how common that is and who approves those contacts.
