He’s wearing his uniform because the Dems. told him to do it as they believe it adds to the Optics of their TV Melodrama. Prior to his testimony I heard the commentators on Fox refer to his Purple Heart at least 10 times. He didn’t get the Purple Heart for Bravery, he got it because the bad guys managed to wound him.
