I don’t know about her, but if my boss said that about me when I was testifying I would certainly experience it as a slur on my competence to testify, and possibly a threat about other action. To introduce such a statement during a trial while someone was testifying, a judge would certainly tell the person to sit down and be quiet and if not obeyed would say they were in contempt of court. This would subject them to a fine or being locked up.
