Trump’s tweet says that when she went to Somolia and another country things were/went? bad. I don’t know about her, but if my boss said that about me when I was testifying I would certainly experience it as a slur on my competence to testify, and possibly a threat about other action. To introduce such a statement during a trial while someone was testifying, a judge would certainly tell the person to sit down and be quiet and if not obeyed would say they were in contempt of court. This would subject them to a fine or being locked up.

This is not a court, not close. Trump does not have direct representation and is not allowed to confront his main accuser. Therefore, he is taking his case to the court of public opinion. God forbid ole Schiff-face were allowed the prerogatives you would give him.
Trump was not in the hearing room when he made his tweet. If Schiff had not read it to her, she would not have known about it during her testimony. ... still, probably unwise.
Well then..it's a good thing this is a kangaroo court, where common sense and normal protocol does not apply....huh?
