IG personnel won’t be prosecuting anyone, one reason being because they can’t. Inspectors General aren’t prosecutors.
US Attorneys like Durham and Huber are prosecutors, and IGs give them referrals for crimes that are uncovered during investigations. That may already have happened. They don’t have to wait on the report.
