Not saying that it is Rudy....but there is no reason to call an unscheduled meeting and be late for a rally if it was just McCabe....
A judge has ordered the DOJ to decide by tomorrow whether or not to prosecute him for Obama era leaking.
I don't think a judge has the authority to do that. The DOJ can prosecute him at any time, as long as the statute of limitations hasn't run out.
I believe this judge's order only relates to the activities of the grand jury that is currently seated in that district court and is due to be released this week. The order says the DOJ can't keep this grand jury seated indefinitely while it figures out what to do.
also why call in his staff after that? then meet alone with WH laywer?
