A judge has ordered the DOJ to decide by tomorrow whether or not to prosecute him for Obama era leaking. ------------ I know but most have assumed that would be the case..and why wait until the very last minute to tell trump and cause a delay..(they could have told him that this morning or days ago)...
also why call in his staff after that? then meet alone with WH laywer?
