Make him perjure himself on whether or not he knew who the whistleblower was.

They’ll have to subpoena a sitting member of Congress. Can that even be done? I thought Congress enjoyed some type of immunity.

Then if Schiff is subpoenaed, he can fight it. And he’ll say, in court and on every single solitary media outlet that, Graham is the President’s attack dog...the President is using the Senator to get back at him for the impeachment and the media will run with that 24/7 and, given the way the Republican’s normally are, they’ll back off and Graham will say that they can proceed without the Congressman’s testimony.

And that his job was to gather witnesses and have them provide testimony and the ENTIRE House voted on the impeachment so why doesn’t the esteemed Senate Judiciary Chairman subpoena every Democrat member of the House for their testimony as well.

If Schiff does show up, he can 1) plead the 5th and when interviewed outside the Senate chambers say something to the effect of...I’m not going to justify their dirty tricks to get me to say what they want...the case was proven...blah blah blah blah...and the media & Left will treat him like a hero 2) State that he isn’t going to identify the witness and that the Senate can do whatever it thinks it can to a Senior, sitting member of the House of Representatives....especially since all the Senate Judiciary committee can do is send a criminal referral over to the DOJ

Oh yeah, didn’t Graham say he was going to take Comey to task for everything he did? Hmmmmm....must have missed all that action.

He didn't know who the whistleblower was.

There was no whistleblower.

Make him perjure himself on whether or not he knew who the whistleblower was.
= = =

And he is:

Sadm Achiff

And he is protected as a asylum seeking immigrant from a ‘peace-loving’ country.
