A new video is revealing the disturbing details of a robbery that took place at a Houston mall recently. Officials released video of the incident Tuesday, which happened just weeks ago at The Galleria.
The video showed the thief following a woman as she entered the mall through the parking garage. While on the escalator, he approached from behind and snatched her purse. The woman refused to let go and was dragged down the stairs and across the floor by the thief.

Maybe Chief Acevedo will send a squad of police to her house and riddle it and her (and themselves, probably) with bullets.
A question hovers silently in your mind.
And the answer is:
“YES.”
I think this would be a wonderful opportunity to pause for a moment and give thanks for the great contributions of the Black community to our society. Their peaceful and generous nature makes them ideal neighbors, lending testimony to their exceptional family values and parenting skills unrivaled by any other culture.
Their propensity for peaceful resolutions to every problem, their self-discipline and anger management skills, enrich our culture. Their commitment to academic excellence enriches our schools and serves as an example to all who hope to achieve prominence as a people.
That real estate values are enhanced by the mix of African Americans into an area due to their caring and respectful nature of these communities, is an example of all they have achieved through their enthusiasm for self-improvement by hard work and a self-reliant can-do nature.
And we certainly must not forget their abhorrence for crime and their dedication to observing the law.
Without their industrious and creative drive, we would be poorer as a nation ..

I never thought of being followed all the way from an ATM to a destination. A good lesson in situational awareness.

Gee, when I visit ATMs and pretend to withdraw funds, then wander about looking helpless, awaiting a "make my day" attempted robbery (setting up the bad guys should be standard, like the old "bait car") I never get any takers. I must look too formidable! < /sarc >
Women have a weapon at their disposal that they rarely deploy—a full-throated scream. I have heard it only once in my life—a man walked into an occupied ladies’ restroom in a state park (this was long before such behavior was thought by the enlightened to be acceptable). A woman’s real scream makes the hackles rise on the back of your neck and will draw attention.
