The video is unwatchable, at least for me. Videos at you tube are fine, but this one keeps stopping for buffering reasons.
That’s the way Periscope is, if you have a mediocre Internet connection (like mine).
It could be buffering due to a package of bloatware installers being pushed to your system. Believe me, I know, I used to keep food on the table and a roof over my head by remotely cleaning that sewage off peoples’ home computers. Open Task Manager and check your processes if you suspect anything.
