How much do you want to bet that Taylor was informed of the gist of the phone call in August when a Schiff staffer went to the Ukraine as part of the Atlantic Council trip and met with Taylor. It was then that Taylor started taking his copious notes and tried to entrap Trump on a quid pro quo allegation. This is all organized and orchestrated. Taylor was part of a Soros funded Ukranian group that supposedly was working against corruption. I suspect he was rewarded quite well financially and will return to the group once he finishes his tour in Ukraine.
Someone told me the exact same thing.

When does a Republican “counsel” get to question these witnesses? But more importantly, when do the Republicans on the committee get to make statements? They need to call this the sham hearing that it is.
From what I understand they get 5 minutes at the end, and even then watch for Schiff to interrupt to run out their clock.
No question these are prepared statements to enhance their self worth and retain their positions if Trump were to be impeached , removed or even stay in.
They are playing the you can’t retaliate against me for speaking my interpreation.
