These guys pretty much testified under Republican questioning that they work with the foreign governments but they are not policy decision makers and they are not in touch really with our policy decision makers. They are pretty much hand holders for the foreign government.

Swalwell was trying to get Taylor to answer leading questions and Taylor seemed desperate to try to say what he thought SwalWell wanted him to say without risking incriminating himself. It was pretty funny.
