It's the 'new' talking point and apparently they (DNC) have sent a notice to their brain-dead constituents because last nite on FB, there was an article entitled: 'Graham: Impeachment 'dead on arrival' in Senate if House bars 'whistleblower' testimony' which was posted by the Washington Times.
