Full title: Gregg Jarrett: The Trump impeachment inquiry is already in big trouble. Here's who Democrats have to thank

The clown show known as an "impeachment inquiry" is getting more comical and hapless by the day.

Consider the latest remark from the circus master himself, California Rep. Adam Schiff, (think Bozo, not Pennywise). The Democratic chairman of the House Intelligence Committee says he doesn’t want Republicans turning the impeachment proceedings into a “sham.” The hilarious irony is lost on no one. Schiff has already managed to accomplish it all on his own.

At first, Schiff wanted the faux “whistleblower” who triggered the impeachment farce to testify. Then, suddenly, he didn’t. What changed? In the interim, evidence emerged that Schiff and/or his staff colluded with the “whistleblower” before the complaint was ever filed and then lied about it, earning Schiff “Four Pinocchios” from The Washington Post.

The chairman now wants to conceal his own role in engineering the pretext for impeachment and his subsequent deceit. This is why he has insisted that the “whistleblower” remain anonymous, despite no such right, guarantee, privilege, or entitlement written in the law, as I explained in an earlier column. Even though the undercover informant (reportedly working for the CIA) does not qualify for whistleblower status under the law as determined by the Department of Justice, any effort by Republicans to call him as a witness will be blocked by Schiff.

But Schiff’s machinations are more malevolent than masking the key witness. Those he will call to testify are already on record dishing up prodigious plates of multiple hearsay and rank speculation. It is obvious from the released transcripts of the heretofore “super top-secret” inquisition that none of them have any firsthand knowledge of a “quid pro quo” allegedly demanded by President Trump.

The simple truth about leftists since the beginning of time is that they are all shameless liars. The only saving grace is that basic human nature causes them to admit it by their subsequent words or deeds (and them projecting so clearly, as in this case, is a prime example). Adam Schiff is no exception.

It was about his “feelings”. He THOUGHT Trump had committed a crime, although he couldn’t put his finger on what it was.

The lefties have done one better than thought crime - it’s not only a prosecutable if you think of a crime, you can be prosecuted if SOMEONE ELSE thinks you “may have” committed a crime.

My first thought on this is to tell the Dems to “BRING IT ON”. The public will get to see, first hand, the unedited truth of Bug Eyes’ lunacy. Should be good enough to sway a lot of the undecided voters away from the Socialist party that is now calling themselves “Democrats”.

However, it occurs to me that the only airing of these sham hearings will be on C-SPAN and other stations that have about 200 regular viewers total. The Democrat-Socialists and their willing LSM accomplices will continue to show only those portions of the testimony that conform to their narrative on the TV news. So the average viewer/voter will see Schiff-for-brains as a crusader attempting to slay the big, bad Orange man dragon.

Roger Ailes is smiling, from where ever he is.

Gregg Jarrett was Ailes reclamation from degenerate alcoholism that landed Jarrett in jail.

Jarrett has publicly professed his sincere thanks to Ailes for saving both his job, marriage and life.

When he was on the sauce, I couldn't stand him on FOX but I didn't know he was stoned.

I've had my share of booze problems, so I can empathize with him. The juice can be one ugly monster.

I am glad to see you complete the truncated title in your post. I constantly see threads with truncated titles without ever seeing the rest of the title. Which brings up the question: why does FR give so little room for titles of articles?

Well said.

I firmly believe Roger Ailes saved Gregg Jarrett from a terrible disease and Jarrett knows it and is thankful.

The problem with the Democrats is that the public understands Christine Blasey Ford testified in public but the so called whistleblower is kept hidden. They will know the Democrats have something to hide.

Thanks, that’s kind of a thing with me too.

FR allows a hundred characters (spaces) per title which should be plenty but it seems more and more article titles ramble on and on.
