This has Zero to do with party— or haven’t you been paying attention to the last hope of getting our Constitutional Republic back in control of the People? Just look what the remnants of Carter’s side of the democrats is getting us—full circle to the Russians and chi-coms and willing to fake impeachment to protect themselves from ever having it exposed— that insane. Carter is one of THE most annoying examples of the Uniparty demonrat fraud, in the vast spectrum of demonrat fraudsters.The notion of the “conservative” democrat— is such a load. Nanzi Pelousi and her daddy’s Baltimore machine history, aren’t Cosa Nostra.
The most juicy part is his (meritorious) disgust with the Kennedy’s and Teddy approaching him to pay off Teddy’s campaign debt (which, of course Teddy had plenty of bucks to do— but why not hassle the protestant hillbillies of the South?). Typical superior attitude of the St. Kennedys of Perpetual Taxachussetts Taxation to foist their own debts on the backs of others (see: ERISA statutes and HMOS, both creations of Teddy, designed to fail) in the grand tradition of the demonrat party. Socialists, one and all— and they found a halfling to carry the socialism right into the belly of the beast— the destroyed cities, and the empty offshored manufacturing sent to Indonesia and china- creatures of the Federal Reserve and the Uniparty enablers. Tiring, isn’t it?

We were only allowed to use information from A1 sources. No information from anyone but the totally pure was good enough. All the others had to be cut loose. The people who are falling all over themselves either do not know the depth of damage he did to the US or they simply don't care.
I’m having a hard time reading your post; but I gather that you are suggesting that there was ‘good and bad’ in Carter, as there are in all of us.
History books can write the criticisms. When an old man is dying, I think it’s correct to simply contemplate the human condition, in which we are all full of goodness and full of evil.
We all have to die, and only God knows what was truly in our hearts during our sojourn here, and what exigencies we had to maneuver in order to express our ideals.
And they probably died horribly under torture.
