film to include Confederate flag controversy
John Schneider might just be the world's biggest "Dukes of Hazzard" fan.
The actor starred as Bo Duke in the series -- which ran for seven seasons from 1979 to 1985 -- as well the 2000 made-for-TV movie, "The Dukes of Hazzard: Hazzard in Hollywood."
He has since created what he calls a "tribute" to the legacy he admires -- an independent film developed by Schneider's studio titled, "Christmas Cars."
In order for the 59-year-old actor to develop a memento that Dukes of Hazzard fans could be excited for, the "Smallville" alum, along with his new wife Alicia Allain, set out on a mission to make a film that brought luster back to the franchise and his beloved ride: the General Lee. I write and direct here. Alicia and I have done nine

just naming your car the general lee should be enough to set off brainless perpetually outraged liberals
When I was young I loved that show. And I can tell you it wasn’t for the car. It wasn’t for Bo. It had everything to do with Daisy Duke. And only Daisy Duke.
Same thing for reruns of the Beverly Hillbillies, I Dream of Jeannie, etc...
Maybe Schneider should let go of the past and embark on different endeavors.
I wish John Schneider the best with his new wife.
His ex-wife has been financially bleeding him white for alimony and child support with different judges helping her out. Their kids are grown, yet she will still be owed thousands for child support.
I don’t understand how that works.
TMZ has posted that the judge was not happy with Schneider’s treatment of his ex, and according to documents, obtained by TMZ, he sold off one of their properties in Louisiana without splitting the cash, and also drained one of their IRA accounts.’ Schneider has been ordered to pay Elvira $25,000 a month in spousal support, give her a portion of his Screen Actors Guild pension, hand over an IRA worth $60,000, and give his ex sole custody of their California home, which is worth $600,000
Oh, and he has to pay her legal bills, which are estimated to be around $279,000.

I like the Confederate flag and what the CSA did. They didn’t give a crap about what the rest of the country thought and had the fortitude to show up with what little positions they had and their guns to make their point.
They were nothing like the PJ boys of today yelling “racists” while sitting in front of their xbox or whatever playing World of War bullshit games while sitting on their couch wanking off with their controller.
By the way, does any idiot really believe that 300,000 Confederate soldiers showed up because they had slaves. Bullshit! They just didn’t like aholes in some other part of the country ramming crap down their throats, and gee wiz, looky what we have the deep state doing to us today. Yea, the Federal Government was a Really good idea; yea, U betcha !
10 years old at the time it was on tv and I think daisy duke was my first television crush. that show was made for the 10 year old that played with Matchbox cars and hot wheels in the dirt. this show was big thing when I was young along with knight rider and speed racer.
Maybe YOU should.
Sadly, several hundred Chargers were destroyed filming that show.
I saw him on Fox News and LOVED it. He don’t back down.
Great memories. I hope I get to see Christmas Cars.
When we lived in CA, he and his wife supported a big anti-abortion organization we were involved in. The group had a charity ball every year, and one year he and his wife were the celebrity hosts. Nice, nice man. No attitude, and down to earth.
Borderline criminal.
On those Charger Daytonas, they modified the rear window to be flush instead of recessed like the regular production cars because they figured the high speeds may have blown the windows out.
So what if I supported Jeff Sessions. He's a patriot who took one for the team. Did he ever go on CNN or write a tell-all book blabbing about Trump? No he didn't. He took his lumps, he played his role and now Trump is stronger because of him.
That's why.
Exactly right!
This car changed Nascar forever.
Kicked some Bonneville Salt Flats ass too.
