We need to GTFO of endless wars especially those involving groups that have been killing each other wholesale for the last 1,000 years.
Unless theres a clear identifiable threat to the United States we need to stay out.
Period.

Agreed. This whole frigging current mess is a relic of the Cold War, and who gets the military and geographic influence, and favoratism for the oil reserves from these backward butchers. We have enough reserves on this continent alone to last several centuries, and we'd develop more effctive alternate energy technologies in time if the ecoNazis and Green Scam Charlatans were cleared out. The second you talk about severing ties and pulling your ox out of the Middle East ditch, actors on both sides of the aisle start screaming, "Isolationists!'. No, assholes, putting family and country first is not an act of disloyalty. It's you who self-impose unearned and undeserved authority to determine how we serve King and Country. Let those barbarians slaughter each other. They stole their foul, self-created 'religion' (READ: culture) from Christians and Jews a thousand years ago, and have contributed nothing but strife and misery to civilization since then. I bow before God and stand before the flag, not supplicate myself before some flea-laden sheik sitting upon his kingdom of sand. They are pigs and dogs.

Exactly, I was blasted for “not supporting the troops” when I said that it’s time for our Mid East vets to realize that their mission was so ill-defined that they could never achieve it and to proudly pack up and go home to their families.
