Bianco was fired from CBS on Thursday after the network was informed by her old employer ABC that she had 'leaked' footage of Robach I think I would be unhappy if an old employer of mine contacted my current employer and started telling bad stories about me. That seems pretty outrageous.

Yes, usually you got any “bad stuff” from a former employer during REFERENCE CHECKS before the hire.

That seems potentially illegal too. If this woman is brave enough to be a whistleblower shes probably brave enough to not just let this go. I see a muti million dollar hush up settlement in her future.

I think it’s actually illegal.

Even better, it sounds like a jackpot lawsuit.

CBS will pay serious money to her for this illegal firing. :)

I think I would be unhappy if an old employer of mine contacted my current employer and started telling bad stories about me. I believe that to be legally actionable.
