Televangelist Paula White promises spiritual results in exchange for donations up to $2,000

A Florida televangelist who has taken a job in Donald Trump White House said in a sermon on Sunday that Christians who give money to her ministry will receive life-clarifying 'visons' from God.

Paula White has been close to the presdient since at least 2002, and she says the pair once planned to open a megachurch together. She preaches the 'Prosperity Gospel,' which says giving money to churches and religious causes brings health and wealth.

She prayed Sunday that congregants would open their wallets. 'Maybe that's a sacrifice of fifty dollars or a hundred dollars, maybe it's a thousand dollars, whatever it is you speak,' she told the Almighty.

'Some of us are gonna get a covenant seed right now,' she said, referring to her belief that cash donations are 'seeds' that grow into karma-like benefits that return to the giver in larger ways.

OK friends, I was in such high hopes I wouldn’t have to give my opinion on this but when I see a woman, ANY woman who has altered her face like so many have lately I have to say she isn’t someone I’d ever trust or have any kind of respect for. Paula White is one, Joyce Meyers(?) is another among so many more that I feel vanity has taken over......they think so much of how they look that it takes away from any sincerity they might have. Bad choice Mr. President...please rethink this. These televangelists, IMHO, can’t be trusted. Someone PLEASE tell me I’m out of my head!

I have seen this picture on a friend of mine’s daughter’s Facebook page. I wasn’t sure what they were but now that you posted it, I now know. The daughter and her boyfriend are buddists.
