WOW! My son and his wife moved from Breckenridge to St. Elmo Tennessee. Good old gentrification is making St. Elmo a great place to live just outside of Chattanooga.
Son said the move was like getting a 50% raise in pay.
VA has been Blue for quite a while. Trump kept it close in the last election, but the North overwhelmed the Conservative vote.
I used to travel to VA in the last 90s, early 2000s on business to the Fairfax area. It didn’t seem to be Blue at the time.
...hmmmmm; for many years, those of us living in “real” Virginia refered to that part of the Commonwealth as “The Peoples’ Democratic Republic of Northern Virginia”...yeah; with the untold thousands of federal employees, contractors, beltway bandits, and all the others feasting off the public fisc, that area has been blue for quite some time...
With Republican control of the legislature, those Democrat Governors were constrained.
Now they won’t be.
VA will join the communist states that can’t be shipped to for firearms related items.
Probably not. We will have a minimum wage increase and probably emissions testing for autos.
Worst of all, we will have Medicaid Expansion.
Oh wait......
Guns will be their big push.

Southern Idaho for sure but I haven’t decided where yet I am looking for a very small town I am sick to death of CA. and city life!!!

When asked about gun confiscation, Governor Northam gave a firm “maybe”. He wants African Americans disarmed so his KKK buddies can ride without fear.
It has been trending Blue since Obama.
