working the election in New Hampshire. Low turnout. You Republicans want to send a message on impeachment? Network everybody you can tell them to get to the polls today and vote. Great way to send a message.

we need to flip a few positions that the Democrats are expected to win. We could do so with a surprise heavy turnout.

Texas has a tax item on the ballot. Conservatives should get out in force on this one.
The ballot verbiage is confusing. If you do not want a state (income) tax then you need to vote YES and if you do want one then your vote should be NO.

I’ll just pull the straight republican ticket (as I do every time)

According to the news, my area is expecting less than 20% turnout. I am heading for the polls this morning.

Except in the People’s Socialist Kakistocracy of Austin where some precincts can’t get the new $$$$$$$ voting machines to work. And no one thought to have paper ballot backups (or else they sent the paper ballots to voters in area cemeteries).

When I saw the heading I thought it meant to vote for Sean Spicer on “Dancing With the Stars.”

I WILL NOT vote today no matter who asks me to.

I already voted last week to throw the mayor out and to block attempts at a state income tax.

There is no longer straight party voting in Texas.
What's more the candidates on the ballot didn't even have a (D) or (R) by their names (and in past elections for these “non-partisan” races, it was common to see several Democrats running for the same office in the general election).
Waiting to hear how voters were disenfranchised because there was no (D) next to who they were supposed to vote for.
In some countries there is a photo of the candidate so some people can pick the color that most pleases them.

How queer. What happened during the “trial period” when people were early voting? Did they malfunction then too? Or is this an election day shenanigan?
Austin is supposed to be the tech center of Texas.

Went to my polling place here in PA this morning.
2 of the 3 poll workers there were African-American.
Where I live the population is around 90+% white.
The minority (Republican) inspector was a young black
woman with purple hair and multiple tattoos and piercings.
If she’s a Republican I’ll eat my voter registration card.
The fix is in for next year I fear.
