Hillary Clinton urges Democrats to pick a candidate who can win the Electoral College

Hillary Clinton on Monday urged Democrats to choose a nominee who can win the Electoral College in 2020.

"We have to hope that whoever ends up nominated can win the Electoral College," she said at a discussion of her book, "The Book of Gutsy Women," in Denver.

"I think several of our candidates could win the popular vote but as I know... that's not enough," added the 2016 Democratic nominee.

"I don't think we have a choice; we have to win" in 2020, she said, speaking alongside her daughter and co-author Chelsea Clinton at a sold-out event. She urged a supportive crowd of almost 2,000 people to "work hard for your preference in the primary" but "close ranks behind whoever is nominated."

"Do not let anyone you know vote third party," she said.

Without ever using President Trump's name, Clinton warned that this administration will leave damage that "is going to take some work to repair."

Admitting that you didn't win is step one in recovering... Admitting to being too much of a drunk to win is step two.

Has nothing to do with winning the "popular vote". That has never been the goal.

Glad she's finally figured this out.

I think a lot of you assume that Hillary is far more savvy than she is. She is not shrewd. She is not clever. She cannot see around corners. She absolutely can’t read a room. She is a terrible politician.

Hillary is dumb. It takes a massive operation to try to hide that. Watch what happens when she gets knocked off script.

Because she is manifestly stupid, she makes dumb personnel choices. She surrounds herself with corrupt imbeciles and outright spies.

Her husband’s narcissism makes it impossible for him to help her. Consciously or not, he will thwart her at every opportunity. Bill’s problem is, he’s become a nobody and he can’t stand it. He will *never* accept the Number 2 position in the WH.

Hillary has never stopped running. She’s delusional about it. Her problem is that the DNC is not likely to see this her way. She’ll be on her own.

I know! The creepy old VP! No?
The old communist! No?
The gun grabber! No?
The fake black lady! No?
The “Patriotic” baby killer! No?
The middle-school principal! No?
The homosexual! No?

What complete joke. Rats are gonna have to elect a rat. The media will hype them all. None of these people have a chance, which is why they are pushing their lie of impeachment so hard.

Taking advice from Hillary on how to win is like listening to a binge drinker lecturing us on sobriety.

Well there is no such thing as a “popular vote” for the Office of the President so there is that you slimey POS!
