Colorado Gov. Jared Polis and his merry band of Green Little Dealers offer a national alarm bell for the national Green New Deal proposal.

Advocates for free markets, affordable energy for everyday people, and expanding our miraculous energy independence must closely watch whats happening among the states. Case in point: Colorados Green Little Deal

directly attack key industries such as coal, oil and gas, and automobiles while giving considerable power to government to regulate and transition workers, all disregarding economic realities.
...
Polis has established Offices of Just Transition and Future at Work.
...
The big difference between the GND and Colorados GLD has been strategy. While the GND originally proposed radical transformation in one stroke, Green Little Dealers prefer to feed us piece by piece, bill by bill, regulation by regulation.
...
Colorados GLD involves three key, harmful tacks: decimate oil and gas production, reduce greenhouse gas emissions by government edict, and cover up the harm with a centrally planned workforce transition.
...
Deconstructing the Oil and Gas Industry.
In Colorado, the oil and gas industry sustains more than 230,000 jobs .. more than $30 billion in economic output, and up to $1.2 billion in state and local tax revenue. Plus, it offers high-paying, blue-collar jobs.

Undeterred by that pesky will of the people, leftist majorities in the state legislature introduced and rammed SB19-181 through in little more than a month. Polis joyfully signed the bill, which will devastate Colorados industry. Colorado is Americas fifth-largest state producer of natural gas and seventh-largest generator of oil.

Oh, thats okay, Coloradans plan to stay stoned, so they wont even notice. Until theres nothing for their munchies, I guess...
In the original language: konzentrationlager".
“I don’t like the sound of ‘ese ‘ere ‘Boncentration Bamps’”
They are out to purloin lots of green stuff.
Colorado is currently the only all-mail state that has same-day voter registration. . This means that if, as the Deep State are counting their votes during the election month, Soros Democrats see there still arent enough votes to win, they can go out and make brand new voters. Ballot harvesting.
This is particularly effective in college towns, government housing projects...
Democrats like Katie Hill stole the midterm election using ballot harvesting, which allows third parties (even illegal aliens) to submit mail-in ballots..
Democrat harvested ballots that were marked Republican were promptly shredded..?
It's directly against the will of the people. There was a ballot measure to curtail oil and gas that was soundly defeated but the democRats enacted it when they took the majority.
“Oh, thats okay, Coloradans plan to stay stoned, so they wont even notice.”
Don’t be an asshole.
He’s right you know.
“Hes right you know.”
No he’s not. He knows nothing about the situation here. Most people are not stoned.
Government controlling businesses while allowing the owners to run it for them is a form of government that our fathers and grandfathers went to war against. The film “Schindler’s List” was about it.
My Uncle Bob was never stoned, unless he was smoking reefer. Apart from that he was as sober as they came.
Polis and his Democrat henchmen in the legislature are determined to take a wrecking ball to Colorado and what has been until now a great economy.
Right, I should have explicitly mentioned “absent election theft”, cause that’s always a possibility with Dems. I thought about it, but didn’t write it.
OK, Florida Man. Thanks for your input.
That’s why you have to remain ever vigilant and push back on these assholes every chance you get.
I remember seeing a bumper sticker in Cortez around 1985 saying “Don’t Californicate Colorado”.
You do know what sarcasm is, right?
“You do know what sarcasm is, right?”
No. I have lost any sense of humor I once had.
