The biggest error is letting "Shiff For Brains" be the Judge, Juror, and Everything else in between on the so called "Impeachment Trials". "Shiff for Brains" thinks he lives in Far West Texas where Judge Roy Bean held court in the Saloon.

Spot-on. As they did in 2016, the DNC has already determined the nominee. The Central Party has full control of the delegates and of the predetermined outcome of the primary elections. The point of giving it to the intelligence committee was to make it possible to have closed-door hearings where the public only hears tidbits the Democrats choose to leak. Plus Nadler hadn't done so well with the Mueller business.
