Alberta’s oil is about to be nationalized. It is why every oil company in Alberta is getting out. It is what they believe is coming. It is why that bastard bought the pipeline, to make the arguement of giving Canadians their fair share because they invested in the oil sands.

I will take the US and be a state any day.

The only way that happens is if the USMCA doesn’t get ratified and the U.S. doesn’t push Canada to keep the oil flowing. A nationalized oil sector would cost Canada its largest trade partner.

I highly doubt that, Trudeau and his eastern eco-pals want nothing to do with the oil companies.

What they will do, however, is continue what they've been doing already - force the oil & pipeline companies into a legal & regulatory straightjacket so tight that it chokes the industry to death.

And leading the effort is the ******* Province of Quebec, because it can claim it's "green" (with all its hydro-electric developments) while Alberta is "dirty". Canada really needs to get rid of Quebec, that'll solve a lot of problems
