An armed shoplifting suspect in Colorado barricaded himself in a stranger's suburban Denver home in June 2015. In an attempt to force the suspect out, law enforcement blew up walls with explosives, fired tear gas and drove a military-style armored vehicle through the property's doors.
After an hours-long siege, the home was left with shredded walls and blown-out windows. In some parts of the interior, the wood framing was exposed amid a mountain of debris.
A federal appeals court in Denver ruled this week that the homeowner, who had no connection to the suspect, isn't entitled to be compensated, because the police were acting to preserve the safety of the public.

Are these the ‘bikers’ you are referring to?
Hells Angels Quebec president Maurice Boucher organized “puppet clubs” to persuade local Montreal, Quebec club Rock Machine-controlled bars, and their resident drug dealers, to surrender their illegal drug business. Rock Machine resistance led to bloodshed. On July 14, 1994, two members of the Hells Angels’ top puppet club entered a downtown motorcycle shop and shot down a Rock Machine associate. That was the beginning of the Quebec Biker war.[50]
That August, a Jeep wired with a remote-controlled bomb exploded killing a Rock Machine associate and an 11-year-old boy, Daniel Desrochers, who was playing in a nearby schoolyard. A month later, the first full Hells Angels member was shot to death entering his car at a shopping mall. Nine bombs went off around the province during his funeral.[50]
The war ended in 2006 with mass killings by the Hells Angels,[51] plus public outcry over the deaths of innocent bystanders[52] resulted in police pressure including the incarceration of over 100 bikers.[53]
This turf war prompted the over-matched Rock Machine to align itself with the Bandidos patching over as Bandidos Quebec chapter.[54][55] Not all members were happy about the patch-over. Some defected to other clubs while others remained with the club but hoped to restore their sovereignty.[56]

What was your question that you think I didnt answer?
“It’s a shame that FR allows people who spew nonsense to post here.”
My post you referenced: Instead he built a new luxury home for about $900,000. I posted a picture of his new house and the address for you to send your check to,
You said you wanted to send him a check. I just gave you some details you might have not been aware of.
Incredible
You lovingly call them bikers. Reasonable people call them evil.
One of the partnerships mentioned in the report is the Bandidos motorcycle club and the hyper violent Mexican cartel Los Zetas. As previously reported by Breitbart Texas, Los Zetas is a large Mexican cartel that has terrorized most of that country by using ruthless violence to control vast territories for drug trafficking, human trafficking, kidnapping and extortion. The Zetas have also been linked to multiple executions on U.S. soil.

Wow, rankled you up enough to get three replies
And again, $400k damage isn’t “superficial”.
Try again.
Remember how you claimed everyone was going down, etc etc?
Where’s Reyna now?
And the case?
It didn’t go your way.
So considering that, how much weight should anyone give what you say?
But keep trying!
It’s amusing to watch.
“Remember how you claimed everyone was going down, “
No. Please cite where I posted that.
What is the address of the judge?
3 high-ranking members of the Bandidos MC (national vice president John Portillo, national president Jeffrey Ray Pike, and sergeant-at-arms Justin Cole Forster), were taken into custody by the FBI between late December 2015 and January 2016.[36] On May 17, 2018, Portillo and Pike were both convicted on a 13-count indictment of a range of charges, including racketeering, conspiracy, murder, extortion and drug dealing.[37] On September 24, 2018, Portillo was sentenced to two consecutive life terms plus 20 years in prison without the possibility of parole. On September 26, Pike was sentenced to life in prison plus 10 years without parole.[38]

The article is trolling you.
Note also the relationship between the owner and the guy who was shooting out of the building.
“Note also the relationship between the owner and the guy who was shooting out of the building.”
What was the relationship?
Was the owner in cahoots with one of the cops to destroy his house so he could get insurance money to rebuild it?
Please explain.
“It seems to be a taking for public use to me.”
The public cannot use his home.
Rustled some jimmies, keep reading.
Also, apparently some memory loss setting in, see post 168.
“the public can’t use his home”
And after $400k in damages to the home ending up with it being condemned, neither could he.
But that’s “superficial damage” according to you, TG.
Nevermind the pictures of the damage showing it to not be “superficial” as you claimed.
