COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Dayton area's last abortion clinic is trying to avoid closure by pursuing a new state license and intervention by a federal court after the Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday again refused to hear its appeal.
The state court's decision meant Women's Med Center faced losing its license as an ambulatory surgical facility because it didn't meet certain Ohio requirements about hospital transfers and agreements with doctors who could help facilitate hospital care in an emergency.
These socialist assh0les can’t keep thwarting the law. They cnat just keep getting endless appeals.

The Judiciary at all levels is totally out of control. I don’t understand, in particular, why a judge can make rulings that affect anything outside their jurisdiction. I also don’t understand why they can stop a law from going into effect. The legal process is supposed to do that, not just one hand-picked judge. Add to the mix that judges have political agenda which affect their decitions.This as much as anything else is that’s destroying our nation.
This abortion mill currently has a lawsuit in federal court about the constitutionality of Ohio law. It has been in discovery for 4 years. Judges keep the place open so they can continue doing abortions. I am there on the sidewalks every day they are open, five days a week. About 50 babies die there every week. A modern-day holocaust, facilitated by our activist judges.
