The advice she's giving black people so white people aren't afraid of black people is for black people to act responsibly.
When white people see blacks acting responsibly, white people will no longer be afraid of blacks.
This is apparently how black people can help 'broken' white people.

Big Media needs him in the closet for another five years, so they can keep telling us how much more beautiful he is than Melania Trump.
people are individuals. nobody was afraid of Bill Cosby, back before his scandals. Nobody is afraid of Oprah, even if they don’t like her. But people naturally are afraid of those who try to look intimidating and tribal, in the sense of being hostile to people outside the tribe, regardless of skin color.
Don’t be a person who scares old people and little kids, and the world will look at you better.

Two of my children are black. No one we come in contact with is afraid of them.
