Several news reports indicated Sunday that House Intelligence Committee chair Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) had not been notified in advance about the successful raid on the hideout of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the so-called “Islamic State,” or ISIS.
Al-Baghdadi was killed in the raid; there were no U.S. casualties aside from a wounded K-9 dog.
CNN and MSNBC bother reported that Schiff had been left in the dark:
President Donald Trump confirmed in remarks to the press Sunday after his address to the nation that he had deliberately kept some congressional leaders out of the loop, without naming Schiff directly.
“We notified some; others are being notified as I speak,” Trump said.
“We were going to notify them last night but we decided not to do that because Washington leaks like I’ve never seen before,” Trump said. “There is no country in the world that leaks like we do and Washington is a leaking machine.”
Trump said that tU.S. forces would have been placed in greater danger due to leaks in Washington tipping off the terrorists.

Schiff probably first heard of this when al-Baghdadi called him and asking him why he was being attacked!

Adam Schiff is a known, proven leaker of classified information. He would definitely have put the operation in danger. He should be kept out of every loop until the last possible moment because his TDS prevents him from thinking about anything that is for the welfare of the country and the world.

Exactly. The meaning of the term Secure Compartmented Information is that only those with a strict need to know will be briefed on a specific program or operation. Designed to keep leakers like the fascist democrat party from knowing everything. That will make the operation as secure as possible.

I listened about 40 minutes to a number of gloomy-faced, airhead info-babes laboriously pick every nit they could find in the President's address to the nation...and also in the Alf Bagdaddy operation itself.
The converage was unreal and surreal (though not unexpected).
It was also sick, sick, sick.
Plus, not one word of praise for the President, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Cabinet members, the Intelligence people.......or, most despicable of all, not a word of kudos or appreciation for the heroic military and specialists that bravely carried out the perilous operation to a resounding success.
NOT A SINGLE WORD OF GRATEFULNESS OR PATRIOTISM, FOLKS!
