Bannon will appear as 'a witness for the government' during Stone’s trial, a person familiar with the matter told the National Law Journal....Bannon has not been subpoenaed for his testimony, the person said.
Stone, whose trial begins Nov. 5, is accused of witness tampering, lying to Congress, and obstructing justice. The charges relate to his attempts to reach WikiLeaks during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Not the most sympathetic of characters, but, how does he belong in solitary for 23 hours a day with *no* reading material, not even a newspaper? Did he deserve the early morning, no knock raid? Was $10 million bail really not enough? Did his wife need to be frisked in her nightgown (she has never been suspected of anything)?
When the raid was conducted, Manafort and his lawyers were cooperating 100% with prosecutors.
