As I mentioned in Post #6 Joe DiGenova was on a local Boston talk show yesterday and basically acknowledged that there will be few,if any,convictions.He didn't have to say why...the answer is obvious:DC jury...DC having gone to ILLary by about 95% to 5%.

That’s a fact. McCabe is banking on a friendly judge and/or jury nullification. A D.C. venue is VERY favorable to anti-Trumpsters, so they rightfully are not quaking in their boots.

You can directly thank the GOP Senate for that delay and obstruction since they blocked the removal of Sessions. Ryan and McConnell wanted the MAGA agenda blocked and POTUS hamstrung and a recused Sessions was the tool they used to achieve that.

Does that make it any better? Besides, any Legal Proceedings will be held in D.C.
For one thing, I'd say it is reckless and irresponsible (to say the least) for a senior national security official to be making a phone call like this on his personal cell phone from a Third World sh!t-hole like the Dominican Republic.
Secondly ... By placing this call from outside the U.S., Flynn effectively waived any legal protections he had in the U.S. against having his identity "unmasked" over a conversation with a legitimate CIA surveillance target.
I hope this story plays out in a way that I am proven wrong, but as the facts stand now I have a hard time believing that Flynn even has an IQ over 100.

Some of the charges may come from foreign governments (UK, Italy, Greece, etc.) and come with extradition requests.
Usually, there has to be a connection to the US District where the charges are filed, but that could be an internet node or the location of one of the parties, especially if the crime occurred over the wires or was part of a RICO proceeding. Why is Huber in Utah but investigating the Clinton Foundation in Little Rock, Arkansas?
I think Barr knows the districts well and will present the charges from the districts where to highest likelihood of conviction (and greatest personal inconvenience) will be.
