Andrew McCabe was offered a pre-indictment plea agreement and turned it down. So US attorney Durham has impaneled a grand jury.
Just made a comment about the guilty parties. No way was it a criticism. Lighten up.
DC's black population is actually under 50% now due to the influx of young white workers into the city.
But these are not black folks that may be on trial. Anyway, my guess is that the trials should be in Conn and I am assuming the trials should be in Conn, but judges can change the location if they wish.
These traitors need to be prosecuted to the extent of the law.

If we get to criminal trials (and that’s a big “IF”), then it must be Military Tribunals to have any chance of justice for these traitors.
Trials in DC will have same outcome as moving OJ’s murder trial to downtown LA and get jury nullification.
I don’t understand why McCabe hasn’t flipped, even if just to save his wife and her reputation. Wasn’t he funneling money from his office to her political campaign when she was running for office somewhere in the south — Virginia, maybe? If he decides to go to trial there’ll be that, and probably much more ugly stuff that could impact his family.
Either way, his wife/family will be impacted; it’ll be ugly.
The problem with written text versus talking to someone directly, especially someone you're not familiar with, is that it is very difficult to catch the nuances and inflections in the communication back and forth.
If you knew me, like my family and friends do, you would know I was being sarcastic and not serious.
At age 72, I don't take too many things very seriously anymore. I try to see humor in everything.

He wants to ensure the most radical leftists are making the decisions of whom to prosecute, or not prosecute, for crimes. If Rosenstein has flipped, then we don’t need McCabe; they know all the same stuff. It’ll be no different than when Hillary’s flying monkeys ALL were handed plea deals and nobody paid the price. One or two “good ones”, e.g., Rosenstein and Page (if she’s singing), is sufficient to get the ball rolling. Let the others hang.

I fear justice in America, at least on the federal level, is already dead.
We all know that Hillary should be in jail for her corruption and crimes. And yet she appears almost daily on the public stage spouting her lies and BS, as if she is the one put upon. She is a grifter and con woman extraordinaire. A consummate liar and the most dishonest woman you could not find anywhere else.
As far as Obama goes, he knew about these treasonous crimes of the coup conspirators and at minimum green-lighted it. I suspect Valerie Jarrett was behind this too. But I doubt he will go to jail because he's half black and an ex-president who was popular with the Marxist Left. He was behind all of this weaponization of the federal agencies against the Left's political adversaries, conservatives. Realities of politics and power will keep him from being punished, I'm afraid.

Any case involving federal or ex federal employees in the DC area or any Democrat should be removed at least 150 miles away. No Republican should allow themselves to be tried in DC area. With 95%+ of the area Democrat there is no way for a fair trial.
