When you can predict a judge’s decision based on who appointed him, we don’t have a judiciary.
This will be appealed or enjoined. They will get nothing.

This type of ruling goes right to the heart of the separation of powers in the U.S. government. The Federal judiciary has no business adjudicating disputes like this between the executive and legislative branches of government in the first place. An “impeachment inquiry” has no legal meaning in a court proceeding.
