Federal Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee on Friday sided with House Democrats granting them access to the secret grand jury information and underlying intelligence materials in Robert Mueller’s report.
Robert Mueller’s garbage ‘Trump-Russia’ report was released in the Spring and up until Friday, the grand jury material was redacted.
Judge Howell wrote a 75-page memorandum opinion granting the House Democrats access to the secret grand jury material because the “Speaker of the House has announced an official impeachment inquiry.”
The corrupt Obama judge also cited White House Counsel Pat Cipollone’s letter in her decision to grant the House access to the underlying material in Mueller’s report, accusing the Trump White House of stonewalling.
“The White House’s stated policy of non-cooperation with the impeachment inquiry weighs heavily in favor of disclosure,’ Howell wrote.
House Democrats filed a lawsuit in late July arguing they need the secret grand jury material from Robert Mueller as part of their ‘impeachment investigation’ into President Trump.
Lawyers for House Democrats sparred with Justice Department lawyers a few weeks ago in court over the secret grand jury material.
Lawyers for House Dems argued that Trump’s impeachment isn’t just about Ukraine.
“I can’t emphasize enough — it’s not just Ukraine,” House counsel Doug Letter said, adding that the Judiciary Committee “could easily” adopt articles of impeachment against Trump that deal with the Mueller-related themes of obstruction of justice and election interference
Elizabeth Shapiro, the lead DOJ lawyer argued that the Democrats should be denied access to the grand jury materials because the Dems have not held a full House vote on impeachment and therefore do not meet the criteria.

The judge did agree with Shapiro and said that the House voting on impeachment would “make my life very much easier” in approving the release of the grand jury materials, however she ultimately sided with the corrupt Democrats even through there has been no formal vote on the House floor.

No, it will be fast tracked. It all comes down to Roberts. Maybe can be used to force pelosi to vote. That is the question, is this a legal impeachment inquire or not. To override executive privilege, it has to be a legal impeachment inquiry. At least that is my understanding.

The White House is not required to cooperate with a quasi inquiry that has not authority under house rules, protocols, or precedent-not to mention law.
Exactly. Beryl Baby got her "opinion" from the DNC first, then her law interns rewrote it so she could spew her corrupt "opinion" from the bench.
