Attorney-client privilege is null and void when it comes to active participation in criminal activity.

He is a government employee, his client is the government. There is no attorney client privilege.

Probably a great deal because his client is the U.S. Government, not any individual FBI official and the client needs to claim the privilege. Barr, the AG, certainly isn’t going to claim it. Also, the privilege doesn’t apply if the attorney has participated in a criminal conspiracy with the client; it only applies to legitimate communications between them.

He represented the agency, not its employees. No attorney client privilege

Baker had to sign off on the FISA warrants and as a lawyer he is an officer of the court. He perpetrated a fraud on the court. You can't use lawyer client privilege to commit a crime. Remember Durham almost certainly knows what is in the IG report, in fact he has probably hired some of the same lawyers and investigators who wrote the thing.

Not attorney-client for acts of sedition. He’s not the only one who will be singing.

The Left destroyed attorney-client privilege when they went after President Trump's personal lawyer.
