In a lengthy court filing surrounding the issues of Brady discovery material, Mike Flynn’s lawyer, Sidney Powell, drops some serious evidentiary bombshells on the court. Ms. Powell brings Lady Justice to the courtroom, and her revelations are stunning.

"WHEREAS the laws of the United States have been, for some time past, and now are opposed, and the execution thereof obstructed, in the States of Maryland, Virginia, New York, Illinois, Arkansas, and in the District of Columbia, by combinations too powerful to be suppressed by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, or by the powers vested in the marshals by law.
Now, therefore, I, DONALD JOHN TRUMP, President of the United States, in virtue of the power in me vested by the Constitution and the laws, have thought fit to call forth, and hereby do call forth, the militia of the several States of the Union, to the aggregate number of seventy-five thousand, in order to suppress said combinations, and to cause the laws to be duly executed."
The President does not have sufficient lawful, loyal civilian employees to dissolve and reconstruct (if necessary) the FBI, CIA, and other combinations known and unknown responsible for this mess. And the fact that the opposition party in Congress has chosen to fight this EXTREMELY just and fair outcome by invoking their undisputed power of impeachment means that justice cannot and will not be delivered within a Constitutional framework.
Trump has to take power or he will lose it, and when he loses it, we will be delivered into tyranny.
Although at the moment the situation we are in remains unimaginable to most of our citizens, it is the very reason the founding generation wrote the Insurrection Act and the Calling Forth Act.
As we are always reminded, they thought of EVERYTHING.

Perhaps that’s true.

Except for retirees with a lot of time on their hands and who can read every article and who are legally savvy the rest of us unfortunately really can’t keep up with all of this. I can’t and it’s for a reason that you wouldn’t expect. My reason for not being able to understand or keep up with everything is simply because there have been so many of these illegalities leading to no conviction no arrest and no anyting that the number of them is so huge that I can’t keep track of one story versus the other or one theme versus the other. Call me lazy that’s fine but I just can’t keep track of everything. All I know is no matter how many of these are legalities like perhaps dozens of them, there have not been any arrests or convictions.
Keep in mind, those were the heady days of "anything goes'...when Saint Obama was untouchable and Hillary was a "shoo-in."
I can just hear them now: "Don't worry, Hillary will sweep all of this under the Oval Office rug."
This as they chose their bailiwicks and sinecures and signed up for 3-4 eternal Federal pensions.

Can President Trump use this information as an explanation of why Flynn should be granted a pardon? It’s obscene that Flynn has to endure impossible legal expenses for the “crime” (in the minds of coup members) of supporting President Trump.
We are seeing two roads all leading to the same target(s). Flynn’s attorney is coming from the bottom up. Those who put “the kill shot” on him like Weissman are tools to be used. This will lead to DOJ through the FBI.
Meanwhile, Barr and Durham are looking from the other end: how did this get started? Given their over seas contacts it looks to me like the CIA, the hand picked obama tool, is the starting block inside the US. IOW, this had Ohaha’s or Lynch’s blessing from the getgo. Their tools were Brennan at the beginning and later Clapper. The bit about sharing all the intel with 17 agencies that happened just before the end of that administration was Brennan’s plan to difuse where all the leaks were coming from. Domestically Brennan could not use FISA so he went through his cohort Comey/McCabe and Styok at FBI and Lynch, Rosenstein and Yates at DOJ. IOW, these individuals all all part of the most extremely dangerous conspiracy against the US since the Axis powers of WW2.
Trump should have gallows prepared at the Navy yard.

I believe the answer is that Flynn became the personification of the opposition to Obama’s Iran deal. That deal was to be a Cornerstone of his legacy. And so Flynn became Obama’s Public Enemy Number One, as it were. And so to his his devotees, the chance to torpedo Flynn was the biggest gold star they could seek from their Manchild. So to Ben Rhodes, Susan Rice, Flynn became project number one.
To the intel community, he became a very useful bridge to Trump, via the Hop rule of hidden Communications surveillance.
I think there is some requirement to admit guilt to get a Pardon. Regardless, no pardon will initiate any payment for legal services IMO. If all the things come to pass as being alleged and asked for by his attorney, Flynn should have a basis to sue the government and hopefully individuals who harmed him for his costs, damages and for a penalty. I hope he and his attorney walk away with 50 million and all those in the “just us” system pay at least half of that out of their own pockets.
