CONCLUSION

In its relentless pursuit of Mr. Flynn, the government became 

the architect of an injustice so egregious it is “repugnant to the

 American criminal system.” Russell, 411 U.S. at 428 (citations omitted). 

For these reasons and those in our original Motion and Brief in Support, 

this Court should compel the government to produce the evidence 

the defense requests in its full, unredacted form.
 

Given the clear and convincing evidence herein, this Court should
issue an order to show cause why the prosecutors should not
be held in contempt;

and

should dismiss the entire prosecution
for outrageous government misconduct.

Just read the 37 page filing. Astounding. Sydney Powell singlehandedly destroyed the Mueller investigation and the FBI and DOJ. If this doesn’t land a bunch of people in jail and the dismissal of the case against Flynn, the rule of law is dead. Flynn should sue the DOJ for the grave injustice done to him. According to the filing, he spent over a million dollars in legal fees on the FARA matter alone.

One of the things that needs to be changed at the FBI is the whole process surrounding ‘302s’. The interviews should be recorded and preserved. This entire process of writing up the agents recollections of the interview and calling it an official record should be completely abandoned, as it is just asking for fraud to be committed by the government. The only reason not to record the sessions is to facilitate government wrongdoing.
