Something else the Senate ought to do now:
Hold a preliminary vote now on declining to remove the President if/when the morons in the House do impeach him after their secret closed door hearings are concluded.
Send a clear message their Schiff for brains tactics won’t go anywhere.
While it’s good politics, so sorely needed from the feckless Republicans, it IS an effort by the Senate to push THEIR responsibilities down to the House.
Yes, I hope he gets enough votes for it. But he probably wouldn’t propose it if he weren’t pretty sure.

Why don’t the Senate Republicans simply start their own investigative hearings, calling the same witnesses, and put them on television?
Tough guy? These resolutions don’t mean a hill of beans. One senator can put it up for a vote and one can close it down. He knows. People on this website should know this. He is major swamp, thats why he’s the Chairman. Nothing will get done.
Both Mc Carthy and Mc connell should tell nancy whatever they are doing in secret and planning to release on Nov 18th about the president is bordering on treason and will be DOA for any consideration for action or vote by repubs in either house. Separately, because it was prepared in such a manner of secrecy, it may be consider as an act of, or an attempt of a coup de-tat against the govt and the President! She is for warned!
