This child’s unbalanced mother began telling him he was a girl at the age of three. Allow me to emphasize that. The child was three years old. How on Earth is any three-year-old child possibly mature enough to start making decisions about things like gender?
Personally I think that young moms who buy into the idea that having a trans kid is hip and trendy and will make them look super virtuous for supporting them are the issue. They want their trophy kid to be petite and pretty, not some big square jawed muscular dude in a dress. So castrate him young, make him go through female puberty thanks to chemicals and he’ll be so cute in all the “look at how tolerant and progressive I am!” pics she posts of him on social media. It’s not about the kids, it’s about the moms using the kids for their own agenda. Seven year olds don’t make these sorts of choices.
The Judge that’s allowed this travesty to get this far needs to be removed from the bench, disbarred, tarred, feathered, and run out of town on a rail.

If one caught the mother sexually molesting the 3 year old, what would you be justified doing? That is what should happen now.

Although I don’t see evidence in this version of James’ story, I read somewhere else that he is a twin. I think it referred to ‘James and Jude’. If that’s the case, I suspect the mom wanted on of each and decided to start calling one of them (James) by a girl’s name. Sick momma. (And Jude should be very happy she decided to only mess up one of the kids)
Why did the jury find for the mother? No one has answered that anywhere.
Since freepers tend to be strong conservative libertarian types, it makes sense that we associate with similar people, including any who may be transsexuals.
I’m not surprised that there would be transsexuals or gay people who simply want to be left alone and simply want to live their lives. Not every in those worlds is some sort of activist; not everyone in that world wants to shove everything down our throats.
