I am one of Gabbard’s actual constituents. One thing people need to carefully look at is who the behind-the-scenes fake Hindu , command & controller , ‘guru’s, she has always had in her life, and particularly her political life ; Chris Butler.
One spooky dude....It was him that laid it out to her to go , from minor local

politics to a military career , to an ever higher elected office aspiration. Inquiring minds should really check that all out and know the rest of her story

Gabbard is a leftist. She is just surrounded by others running for the democrat presidential nominee who are outright communists. I would never vote for gabbard regardless if she spent time in the military. I have met plenty of leftists wearing the uniform in my 25 years in the USAF.

No doubt, she is not as insane, lunatic and delusional as most of the Democ-Rat candidates, but this situation is a relative matter. She is Trotsky as opposed to Stalin.

I have no problem whatsoever with her military service. It appears to be commendable and honorable. My objection to her candidacy is that she is not an Article II, Section one, clause 5 natural born citizen who is constitutionally qualified to assume the office of POTUS. Even though SCOTUS has never directly issued a ruling on what type of citizen makes one an Article II eligible president, in every case wherein they have given a definition of what a natural born citizen is, (Venus Merchantman 1814, Minor vs Happersett, Wong Kim Ark vs US) those descriptions bear no relationship to Gabbard’s birth provenience.

Tulsi Gabbard was born on April 12, 1981, in Leloaloa, Maoputasi County, on American Samoa’s main island of Tutuila.

Because of Obama’s 8 years, we cannot get the SCOTUS to adjudicate this Article III matter for the first time in US history.

Tuaua v. United States
According to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), the people born in American Samoa – including those born on Swains Island – are “nationals but not citizens of the United States at birth”. If a child is born on any of these islands to any U.S. citizen, then that child is considered a national and a citizen of the United States at birth. In an amicus curiae brief filed in federal court, Samoan Congressman Faleomavaega supported the legal interpretation that the Citizenship Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment does not extend birthright citizenship to United States nationals born in unincorporated territories.

All U.S. nationals have statutory rights to reside in the United States (i.e., the 50 states and Puerto Rico), and may apply for citizenship by naturalization after three months of residency by passing a test in English and civics, and by taking an oath of allegiance to the United States. However, the INA makes clear that any “national but not a citizen of the United States” who at any time has been convicted of any aggravated felony, whether the aggravated felony was committed inside or outside the United States, is “debarred from becoming a citizen of the United States”

Gabbard is a US citizen (not a US Natural born citizen) due to her birth from a US citizen mother. A statute, the Immigration and Naturalization Act, passed in the 20th century, holds that anyone born to a US citizen parent anywhere in the world is a US citizen. This statute did not modify the intent of Article II, section one, clause 5 of the constitution, ratified in 1787. A statute cannot amend the meaning or intent of a constitutional provision. That requires an Article V amendment process.

Being a “Citizen at Birth” is not analagous to being a “Natural Born Citizen.” They are not the same thing. Puerto Ricans born in Puerto Rico are citizens at birth also. None of them are Article II Natural born citizens either.

She doesn’t look like or sound like a shrieking old liberal hag but her record matches Pelosi.

Kurt is absolutely correct. Gabbard deserves some accolades for standing up to the Hildabeast, but nothing more. If anything, Hillary’s politics are less hardcore that Gabbard’s are. Anyone who backs Bernie Sanders warrants a watchful, not admiring, eye.

Yeah she look good. Served in the military, great! But she is just another closet-communist. Agrees with most of Sanders stuff so she will lead the USA into Venezuela 2.0 too.

Yeah she is not going full-retard but she will flip-flop like with the impeachment support so all she says is worthless.

I just like that she and the other commies fight amongst themselves.

What Kurt is saying about Gabbard is the same as what Reagan said about JFK: “Under that tousled boyish haircut is the same old Karl Marx!”

Another good Kurt Schlichter piece that has been needed. I have pointed out Tulsi Gabbard for a while as an interesting Democrat gadfly who was - to steal a music biz phrase - "a hot looker with a hook." She has said a few sensible things that make her sound a lot better than she is, and I have given her props for them.

But that's all the real due I will give her.

And I should add that she isn't really that "hot," but she is closer to moving that needle than the rest of the gaggle of Democrat women who float at the top of the DC septic tank. She's no Padma Lakshmi, but Padma Lakshmi isn't what she used to be either.

The problem is, she could pass as a RINO. She disguised her progressive dogma good enough.
