China is capitalist, not communist. It shed communism in favor of capitalism decades ago.

It is one party rule but communism is not its guiding economic model. Private enterprise is a significant factor in the Chinese economic way of life. The government holds onto only the critical companies...and the press.

If China isn’t Communist like you say, then how come the people of Hong Kong are protesting?

I would say that this country’s government is more - FASCISTIC than Communist.

You’re fricking clueless about China. Communism is everything in China - it controls every thought and action of nearly everyone in China 24/7/365. From the low level graft, the structuring of every company, and the high price paid by even the smallest business there.

Your view is the same head in the sand idiocy that got the world here.

How many times have you been to China? Where? I’ll bet none.

It is closer to Fascist than capitalist.

There is no real rule of law or security of property rights in China.

The major businesses are all expected to follow the government line.

All Communist countries end up with the party members being rich at the expense of everyone else.

While I agree that their economic system is an example of using Capitalism as a cash cow, don’t kid yourself that China isn’t a Communist nation at it’s heart. It certainly is.

It has a central committee, a totalitarian stance, is able to order it’s citizens to comply with demands or else, and is perfectly willing to kill people in mass if they step out of line.

Yes! They vow to take us out! When they attack (and I believe they will) It will be a surprise like Pearl Harbor—doing something thought impossible—with new robot weapons, Cyber war, and EM Pulse. We will be staggarded by the attack (on a holiday—like Superbowl Sunday). We can’t launch atomic attacks because they will take out city for city. It will be a horrible bloodbath like WW II on steriods.
