DALLAS, Texas, October 21, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – A jury has ruled against Jeffrey Younger, the father who is trying to protect his seven-year-old son, James, from chemical castration via a gender “transition.” This means James’ mother, Dr. Anne Georgulas, will be able to continue “transitioning” him into “Luna,” and now has full authority to start him on puberty blockers and eventually cross-sex hormones.
The jury’s decision likely means that Mr. Younger will be required to “affirm” James as a girl, despite his religious and moral objections, and will also be forced to take a class on transgenderism.
With a consensus of 11 of the 12 jurors, the jury decided not to grant Mr. Younger Sole Managing Conservatorship over his two twin boys. They voted that the current Joint Managing Conservatorship should be replaced by a Sole Managing Conservatorship, but that Mr. Younger should not be that person. Judge Kim Cooks will read her ruling on possession, child support, and Dr. Georgulas’ other requests at 1:30 p.m. CST on Wednesday.

This is an article about a 14 year old boy who transitioned into a girl at 12 years old. Took his moms estrogen pills. (His mother gave them to him) Now he wants to be a boy after all. His mom is taking him to S Korea to have his estrogen induced breasts removed.
For those of us who have been through child custody battles, this is still quite shocking.
If I were Governor, I would want to make the gender transition surgery illegal. Of course, this particular Mom would then probably seek to remove the child from Texas, but she would need to climb a legal mountain to achieve that.
Yes. This ruling by jurors happened in DALLAS TEXAS. It is incidents such as this that give the dems hope and encouragement that they might be able to turn Texas BLUE.
My question is, how does a man with morals marry a uber lib woman like this?
How long did he know her before he married her? Did they not ever discuss life issues before marriage?
In a sane country the woman would be charged with child abuse and stripped of her medical license. This is how far we have fallen.

This may come down to a matter of women sticking together to act against men. There are rare times like this, when I think society will be better off when robotic systems start deciding legal cases instead of people.
Some folks simply cannot leave their emotions out of it.

11 jurors, a judge, at least one lawyer, and a considerable number of CPS types are getting the attention of no less than God Himself, and not in a good way.
And people criticize Islam for ‘honor killings’.
