We’ve had a Constitutional Crisis since around 1900 when the now mostly unconstitutional federal government was allowed to start seriously loosening its Constitutional limitations to the point now where they are basically totalitarian.
We desperately need to recover our Free Constitutional Republic.
Actually, I pointed out in a Post weeks ago that nobody is using the Term “Constitutional Crisis” like they did when the BJ Clinton Impeachment Inquiries were heating up.
I think Senator Robert Byrd (D-Worm Food) loved the term.
If a poll was ever conducted with the question “Is our two party system working” ? Would the response would be 90% negative. What is being employed by This so called coup d’ etat against Trump should not be viewed as against Trump but an impeachment of our constitution.
Aided by key media venues which creates a distorted international and national evaluation when it comes to dealing with the US Everything the man has attempted to get done has been blocked by a radical group composed mainly of members of the democrat party in top leadership legislative and judicial branches of government who view the constitution as an obstacle to their concepts of government intrusion on individual liberty guaranteed by it as they advance their policies..

Exactly... They limited our representatives to 435 was the beginning of it all... much easier to control 435 people over what our constitution mandated. Then the Federal Reserve was implemented and we have been enslaved every since.

Totally agree with you and one thing to do is correct any and everyone who calls the USA a DEMOCRACY. If able to do so, ask them where in the Dec of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, et al, does the word democracy appear.
Some of the right wing talkers still do not know that and we need to start calling them out on their ignorance. The Founders knew what human problems democracies created and was the last form of government they wanted to create.
DAMN IT... WE ARE NOT A DEMOCRCY... START SPREADING THE TRUTH AS TO WHAT WE ARE AND WHY WE NEED TO PRESERVE OUR CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC AS CREATED BY THE FOUNDING FATHERS!

Once they have 218 votes, and take that vote, everything the House does is lawful.
While there may be some grey and debatable BS going on now, once they take a vote, and once they win a MAJORITY of votes, all the grey and debate goes away.
Because any reasonable reading of the constitution says the House can make and break their own rules whenever they wish, AND they can impeach for any reason to their liking.
The only constitutional check on them is they stand for election every two years.
I tell them they should know since kindergarten, when they learned the Pledge of Allegiance.
And to the Republic for which it stands!
