When corporations create this position they begin with the "diversity" nonsense.
But, if conservatives pushed this to its logical conclusion they'd shut these offices down.
What's diverse and inclusive for one will be different for another. Under the umbrella of DI (sounds like die) all beliefs have to be accepted...if they're true to the concept.
This would really open the door for all kinds of stuff in the workplace.
Kellogg’s will now be avoided by decent people.
Another product and company I’d boycott if I was buying their product in the first place, which I haven’t in literally YEARS.
We eat way better than that.

This reads like a Babylon Bee parody, but no. Kellog’s is really this stupid. They’ve been the target of a conservative boycott that has hit their bottom line, and now they are trying to make up their losses by catering to the 2% of the population afflicted with sexually-related mental problems. Who is running this company???
