Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano directly quoted the Constitution to say why its wrong for President Donald Trump to host the G-7 at a resort he owns, calling it a direct and profound violation.
He has bought himself an enormous headache now with the choice of this. This is about as direct and profound a violation of the Emoluments Clause as one could create, Napolitano told Neil Cavuto on Cavuto: Coast to Coast.

STFU Andy!
Napolitano is asserting that the G7 summit would violate the emoluments clause regarding the President receiving something of value from a foreign government. First, Trump holds these properties in a trust along with his other assets which has all been vetted by dozens of lawyers to avoid conflict of interest issues.
But more importantly, the G7 is not a dentist’s convention in Vegas. As the host nation, all the arrangements are paid by the US government for accommodations and meals. This also includes the huge security bills, surveillance, motorcades, etc. No foreign money is required. When the same meeting was held in Montreal last time the Canadian press went ballistic because the taxpayers were getting stuck with the massive bills.
I see Eddie Munster’s daddy is at it again......damn!
Bloviating Nipples is a turducken of spurious excrement. He has long ago passed his potential level of competence.
If those leaders are his guests, it’s no different than hosting them at the White House. Does this man even bother to think anymore?
Exactly! They are non-paying guests.
Not if they are non-paying guests.
Why do folks here say Napolitano is homosexual?
ok then let them hold their damned meeting at the nearest Motel Six!
(what utter BS this emullments krap is.. as if PDJT was gonna go from rags to riches if a bunch of political clowns hold a meeting at his hotel? ha!)
No good deed goes unpunished. I, for one, appreciate a good deal.
I looked up Emoluments. All I got were links to The Clinton Global Initiative and Foundation.
Yep, Trump will take a loss on it...
Except for all the free publicity Nap nd the other fools are giving LOL!
The Donald gives away millions to charities, donates his $400k salary to the vets, and could easily sandbag this jerk by instructing his property manager to NOT charge any entity for the G7 guests for their rooms at his Doral property.
Rumor has it that is the case.
Eddie Munster at it again. Jug Napolitano, get over it, you lost your slot at the Supreme Court. Please pick up; moveon.org is calling.
Judge Faggotano.
Why do folks here say Napolitano is homosexual?
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
Because he’s a fag, Jim.
..that is exactly what I was going to write!
He’s swung too far left, too often for it to be an honest change in the wind.
As an attorney, he was trained to argue both sides by the hour for payment! So, no real surprise.
Or give the attendees so much of a discount that he doesnt make any money on it.
