Fox News analyst Andrew Napolitano directly quoted the Constitution to say why its wrong for President Donald Trump to host the G-7 at a resort he owns, calling it a direct and profound violation.
He has bought himself an enormous headache now with the choice of this. This is about as direct and profound a violation of the Emoluments Clause as one could create, Napolitano told Neil Cavuto on Cavuto: Coast to Coast.

I wonder how much money it took to get his mind right? Or maybe blackmail?
What a moron. The meeting can be wherever, but I bet the President’s property is WAY more secure.
He is just missing his little monkey, Shep. Give the man a break. He is feeling “empty” without his little Shep behind him.
I’m sure they’ll impeach him for it, “Judge” Faggotano.
Trump can trust his staff not to spy.
Stick it up your well-greased bung, Nappy.
He isn’t calling this a felony yet?
Well, I guess Napolitano has gone full deep state!
ROTFLOL!!! MY WONDERFUL PRESIDENT TRUMP is trolling all the asswipes and pearl clutchers into terminal PDS psychosis.
What color is his hair this week?
Ohhh Nooo! Night Court Judge Nap has spoken so, it must be true! Does this moron not think before he spouts off his nonsense? Apparently not.
You can be sure that President Trump has run this by his team of Constitutional Law specialists.
Funny thing that will happen is that Trump will pay for it all out of his own pocket. No violation of the emoluments clause in that case.
Is this schiffhead TRYING to be wrong?
And the poor dud doesn’t even had Shep’s shoulder to cry on anymore.
So Biden and Hillary and Obama can get jobs at Netflix, get jobs for their children with no experience and thats not a violation of the emoluments clause?
We got another live one on the hook.
He used to be a reasonable person but Trump disrespected him (didn’t give him a job he wanted or something) and now he is a lying liberal neverTrump fanatic. Very small, very deceitful man.
I actually agree with Napolitano on this one.
If you are president and you own resorts, it’s pretty important that you don’t select any of those resorts as locations where your official events are held. They should be simply off limits, period. It may not break any law technically, but it is very bad form.
