WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Amazon.com Inc’s (AMZN.O) cloud computing arm is making an aggressive push into one of the most sensitive technology sectors: U.S. elections.

I agree. Our county does have paper ballots. They are not counted by hand— but at least there is an audit trail.
Still, if cheaters control blank ballots, substitutions can be made to cheat.
At least the dangling chad ballots are gone — those were ridiculously easy to use to cheat.

As a marketing guy, I’ve felt the pendulum swinging back for awhile now. The first corporations that let it be known WE DON’T DO POLITICS are going to clean up bigtime. And they’ll be followed by many others.
This ridiculous politically-correct corporate fad — being led by old hippies on corporation boards who are now descending into retirement — is becoming tiresome to a broad swath of America.
