Yet, the hold on aid to Ukriane WAS NOT pressuring them into investigating Burisma and Hunter Biden’s links with it. That Ukraine was already doing before the phone conversation between Bush and the elected leader of Ukraine.
Yes, there was a general hold on the aid to Ukriane. The White House itself, irrespective of the State Department, wanted to do its own review of Ukraine’s record on corruption, including what the incoming Ukraine administration may think on the subject.
Given that a U.S. Vice President may have exercised corrupt influence on the prior Ukraine administration, how could THAT topic NOT be part of the discussion?
The Dims have it bass ackwards on “high crimes and misdemeanors”.
