Daniel Cameron (R) outraised Gregory Stumbo (D) $140,333 to $101,153 in Kentuckys attorney general election, according to the most recent reports covering the period from September 6 through October 6.
At the end of the period, Cameron had $423,852 cash on hand to Stumbos $294,408 on hand. Cameron started the period with $480,476 cash on hand; Stumbo started with $240,015.

Democrats have held Kentuckys Attorney General office since 1952, but Kentuckys election history suggests that the attorney generals race will be competitive. Pre-election incumbent Andy Beshear (D) defeated his opponent by a margin of 50.1% to 49.9% in 2015. Beshear is challenging Governor Matt Bevin (R) in Kentuckys 2019 race for governor, leaving the attorney general position open. In the 2016 presidential election, Donald Trump (R) won Kentucky with 62.5 percent of the vote. Trump endorsed Cameron on July 29, 2019.
Three states are holding attorney general elections in 2019: Kentucky, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Of those, Democrats hold two seats and Republicans hold one. Kentucky is also holding state executive elections for governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, agriculture commissioner, auditor, and treasurer in 2019.

Not to worry Stumbo, George Soros will come to your rescue.
It is KY, and for years they have stumbled with the Stumbos.
I would hope so in a ruby red state. I guess we need all the attaboys we can get. Ridiculous.
Been any polling? What odds would you lay on AG?
I’m sick of Scumbo and all the rest of the traitorous DemonRats...I hope Cameron beats the living sh!t out of him.
If Cameron wins, he could become a formidable presence in the GOP going forward.
If I was a politician and my name was Stumbo, I’d sure as hell change it.
I think we may end up seeing something as surprising as Cameron getting in excess of 60%. Stumpy is so vile. Cameron is a positive, future-looking candidate. Stumpy is yesterday’s bad old corruption.
It’s a bogus suit, but it’s being appealed. Stumpy has lots of friends on the Appeals Court, and could get a differing ruling just before election day.
Looks like they are trying to appeal it straight to the Kentucky Supreme Court vs. going through the Appeals Court. No word on whether or not they will accept it.
In that area of the state the Appeals Court judges are probably more aligned with the Beshears which is a rival faction of the Democrat party that does not like the Stumbo / Lundergan faction.
If the Kentucky Supreme Court accepts it, then it’s a done deal that Cameron will be disqualified. A similar case on Ben Chandler was heard by the appeals court and his qualification was upheld. The supremes will find a reason to say Chandler was ok, but Cameron isn’t.
